Do your cupcakes contain nuts?

Nuts are used in our facility and while we cannot guarantee our products for those with nut allergies, we do sanitized all surfaces and equipment after making anything that contains nuts.

Do you deliver?

We are currently working on integrations that will allow us to use delivery services so that our customers can enjoy that added convivence.

Do you ship cupcakes?

Not currently. We are exploring packaging options that will retain the quality of our cupcakes in transit.

Where are you located?

We are located near the Penn Landing shopping area in North Liberty, Iowa. The exact pick up address is always provided via confirmation email after full payment is received.

Is a deposit required for my order?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all custom orders. All orders placed through our website must be paid in full at the time of invoice. Your order is not placed on my calendar until your deposit is received.

How far in advance should I place my custom order?

The earlier the better, my calendar fills up quickly. I suggest at least 2-3 weeks for regular events and 3-6 months in advance for weddings.

How should I store my cupcakes?

Cakes iced in buttercream or ganache do not need refrigeration if they are to be served the same day; otherwise, refrigerate and then serve at room temperature. Cupcakes with cream cheese, whipped cream and fresh fruit must be refrigerated.

How long do the cupcakes last?

I can only guarantee their freshness for 1-2 days, so please plan accordingly when selecting a pick-up-date!

What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable for custom orders. For cancellations with at least 2 weeks' notice, credit may be given for a future order, subject tot he date being available. There will be no refund for orders cancelled inside of two weeks.

Do you do cakes, cookies, dipped berried, etc.?

Nope, I exclusively offer cupcakes here at The Iowa Cupcakery!

Can you make my cupcakes EXACTLY like this picture I saw? I love it!

I'm so glad that you love a certain style! However, due to the creative nature of our work, bakes will vary slighly from previous designs. I promise though, your will still be gorgeous!
